    What the tool does

This online video converter helps prepare clips for Telegram, WhatsApp, YouTube Shorts, Reels, websites, and presentations. It opens MP4, MOV, M4V, WebM, OGV, MKV, AVI, 3GP, MTS, and other formats, then exports MP4, WebM, MOV, MKV, AVI, 3GP, OGV, or GIF with frame size, FPS, video bitrate, and audio bitrate controls.

    How to use

    1. Add one or more video files.
    2. Choose the output format: auto, MP4, WebM, MOV, MKV, AVI, 3GP, OGV, or GIF.
    3. Set frame size, FPS, video bitrate, and audio bitrate.
    4. Start conversion: finished videos download one by one.

    Formats, FPS, resolution, and bitrate

The converter prepares videos for messengers, websites, presentations, YouTube Shorts, Reels, and archives. You can add MP4, MOV, M4V, WebM, OGV, MKV, AVI, 3GP, MTS, and other files that FFmpeg WASM can read. Output is available as MP4, WebM, MOV, MKV, AVI, 3GP, OGV, or GIF.

MP4 is usually the most universal choice, WebM is useful for the web, and GIF is only suitable for short silent loops. 1080p or 720p covers most publishing needs, while 480p and 360p reduce file size for quick sharing. 24/30 FPS fits most videos; 60 FPS makes sense for games and fast motion. Bitrate controls size and detail.

    Local conversion and browser limits

Video is converted in the browser with FFmpeg WASM, without uploading files to the All Tools server. Batch files are processed one by one, and finished videos download separately to reduce memory pressure.

Video transcoding is heavier than audio conversion: long clips, 4K, high FPS, and large bitrates can be slow. If the browser freezes, choose 720p, 30 FPS, a moderate bitrate, or process one file at a time.
