Which documents can become PDF
The converter supports DOCX, XLSX/XLS, CSV, HTML/HTM, and HTML pasted manually. It is useful for quick PDFs from documents, spreadsheets, price lists, exports, emails, and internal materials.
The old DOC format cannot be parsed reliably in a browser, so save it as DOCX first. Complex Word layout, macros, external HTML styles, and scripts may be simplified or ignored.
Page and table settings
Before creating the PDF, you can choose A4, A3, or Letter, orientation, margins, and font size. For Excel, you can include all sheets or only the first one, skip empty rows, and use the first row as a table header.
CSV and spreadsheets are converted into readable PDF tables, but very wide sheets may need landscape orientation, smaller text, or cleanup of source columns before conversion.
Local processing and review
The file is parsed and the PDF is created in the browser, without uploading to a server. This is convenient for internal documents, drafts, and materials that need to be sent quickly in a stable format.
After conversion, open the PDF and check line breaks, tables, numbering, and non-Latin text. Document formats store layout differently, so browser conversion can differ from the output of an office editor.
